COVID-19 Update
/We are reaching out to our customers to share with you what we are doing to keep our customers and ourselves safe through this challenging time.
We want to reassure you all that we are still delivering.
We have a supply of all our items but are aware there may be some shortages of products from time to time. We are working to keep these to a minimum. If replacements can be provided they will be or you will be credited for your items.
Our existing customers will always be our priority we have always valued your support.
Deliveries
If you have a delivery arriving, we would like you to read the below to understand our new system of delivery which is designed to keep us all safe.
We have commenced no contact deliveries, We will miss having a chat but we need to look after each other and we are always available on the mobile if you need anything.
We need your help. Please put out your esky bag even if you are going to be home. We can’t swap esky bags and need you to leave yours out, so we can place your order into the esky. Of course, if you don’t have one we will leave one for you.
If you have an icesheet or anything frozen that will keep your order cool, please leave it out tomorrow. We will have icesheets to leave but moving forward we cannot take any icesheets back as a safety measure .
If you have an esky bag and an icesheet, we need you to keep them clean and sanitised and leave it out each time you order.
Each week we will send you a reminder message to leave them out and your support will allow us to keep delivering.
Keeping you safe
We will be sanitising our hands before each delivery and following all Government hygiene guidelines.
We need to keep ourselves healthy so we can keep delivering.
We just want you to know that we are going to provide a safe and reliable service. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Together as a community we will face this challenge and support each other.
We are taking these precautions so we can continue to provide a safe and reliable service.
Your health, and ours, is our greatest concern.
