Our Smallgoods

Country Style Smallgoods are located in Bald Hills Victoria, just outside of Ballarat, west of Melbourne.

Respect for their livestock is important. The pigs freely roam the paddocks of the Tarna Valley Farm and sleep soundly at night on straw beds, cage and stress free.

Country Style Smallgoods formed in 2013 when Sebastian Jurcan saw the potential for his quality artisanal smallgoods to be produced locally in the Ballarat region. Following family traditions, it’s no wonder his smallgoods are in demand today.
