They source their apples, and pears, from our their own orchard and other orchards locally. The amazing Gippsland soil, climate and of course, the people, culture and growing methods, ensures their apples taste like no other. This is why nothing compares to their fresh juices both in taste and in quality.
A fourth generation family business, they have been growing apples since 1953 at Bellevue Orchard in Officer, West Gippsland. All year round over the four seasons, they work hard to grow the fruit for their Summer Snow juices.
