Choc Chip Muesli Cookies

Ingredients

  • 150g unsalted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup plain flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch salt

  • 2 cups Get Farmed Natural Muesli

  • 1 cup chocolate chips 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C  and line 3 large baking trays with baking paper. 

  2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract and continue to beat until smooth. 

  3. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into the butter and sugar mixture. Add muesli and chocolate chips, combine. 

  4. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking trays. Flatten balls gently with a fork dipped in flour.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes until a pale golden colour. Remove from oven and cool on tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
