Ingredients

  • 500g Premium Beef Mince

  • 1 sachet Mingle Mexican Tacos Spice Blend

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded Cos Lettuce

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 1 tomato

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 avocado

Method

  1. Heat a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the minced beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).

  2. Drain excess fat (if necessary), and add the taco seasoning and water. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

  3. While the beef simmers, dice the tomato and avocado. Shred the lettuce and set out the cheese and sour cream.

  4. Assemble the tacos: Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Spoon the seasoned beef onto each tortilla, then add your desired toppings (lettuce, cheese, tomato, avocado, sour cream).

Assembly

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Spoon the seasoned beef onto each tortilla, then add your desired toppings - lettuce, cheese, tomato, avocado, sour cream, or salsa.

Serve: Enjoy immediately, with a salsa or a simple salad.
